Message	Hi guys. Need some suggestions about passing CA smog. Just failed with high NO in the 1250 range (passing is around 500). Smog guy said it could be my CATs. Any suggestions for a shop that could diagnose in Orange County? I've read recommendations for JER Development in Westminster being a good Z specialist. Anybody heard of them?
